Terms

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of websites, digital properties, content, products, programs, memberships, communities, and services operated by Ahana LLC, including JenAhana.com and offerings presented under the Jen Ahana, Explore This, Ageless Explorer, and Explore & Restore brands.

In these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ahana LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or purchasing from our websites, products, or services.

By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, joining a program or community, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our websites or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid products and services.

If you make a purchase on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Our Products and Services

Ahana LLC may offer:

  1. Travel guidebooks and digital resources

  2. Online courses, trainings, and workshops

  3. Custom travel planning and advisory services

  4. Memberships, private communities, and mastermind experiences

  5. Ageless Explorer wellness and lifestyle education

  6. Retreats, journeys, events, and other in person experiences

  7. Videos, interviews, newsletters, articles, podcasts, and other media

  8. Curated products, tools, recommendations, and affiliate resources

  9. Other digital or physical products and services

Specific products or services may be governed by additional terms, checkout disclosures, agreements, waivers, or policies. If those terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control for that purchase or experience.

3. Educational Purpose

Our content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

We do not guarantee that any information will be complete, current, or suitable for every person or situation. You are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.

Nothing on our websites or in our products creates a professional relationship beyond the specific service described at purchase.

4. Travel Information and Planning

Travel information can change without notice. Transportation schedules, accommodation policies, reservation systems, prices, operating dates, weather, trail conditions, entry requirements, local regulations, closures, and availability may change after content or an itinerary is created.

You are responsible for confirming all current information directly with the relevant provider or authority before traveling.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ahana LLC:

  1. Is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking agent, or transportation provider

  2. Does not make reservations or hold inventory on your behalf

  3. Does not control airlines, hotels, guides, restaurants, attractions, transportation providers, tourism organizations, government agencies, or other independent businesses

  4. Is not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, closures, pricing, safety practices, or service quality

  5. Does not guarantee the availability of any recommendation, itinerary component, or experience

Custom travel planning is advisory. You remain responsible for booking, confirming, insuring, and managing your trip.

Recommendations reflect the information available and the preferences disclosed when the work is prepared. Changes requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

5. Travel and Outdoor Risk

Travel, hiking, cycling, skiing, wellness activities, and outdoor experiences involve inherent risks. These may include weather, altitude, uneven terrain, wildlife, transportation incidents, physical exertion, illness, injury, property loss, delays, and limited access to emergency assistance.

You are responsible for evaluating your health, fitness, experience, equipment, insurance, and comfort with any activity. You are also responsible for following local laws, posted instructions, weather advisories, trail closures, and guidance from qualified local professionals.

Our inclusion of an activity or destination is not a guarantee that it is safe or appropriate for you.

6. Wellness and Ageless Explorer Content

Ageless Explorer and related wellness content provide education about lifestyle, identity, movement, recovery, human performance, travel preparation, and general wellbeing.

This content is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

Ahana LLC does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, nutrition therapy, physical therapy, or individualized clinical treatment through general website content, programs, interviews, memberships, or communities.

Consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before changing your exercise, nutrition, supplement, recovery, or wellness routine, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or have concerns about your health.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you read, watch, or hear through our services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Individual experiences and results vary.

We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, travel, business, financial, personal, or lifestyle outcome. Testimonials and member stories reflect individual experiences and do not promise that you will achieve the same result.

Your results depend on factors including your circumstances, decisions, consistency, health, participation, and implementation.

8. Purchases and Payment

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate billing and account information

  2. Pay all prices, taxes, and charges disclosed at checkout

  3. Authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method

  4. Review the specific description, scope, delivery terms, and refund policy before purchasing

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect a completed purchase unless the product includes a recurring subscription and the change is disclosed as required by law.

Payment processing may be handled by Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, or another third party. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Payment Plans and Recurring Subscriptions

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase price unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments. It is not a month to month subscription and may not be canceled merely because you stop using the product.

If an offer includes automatic renewal or recurring membership charges, the renewal terms, billing frequency, price, and cancellation method will be disclosed at or before purchase.

Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not ordinarily create a right to a refund for charges already processed.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. We may suspend access following a failed or overdue payment.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

The refund or cancellation policy presented on the sales page, order form, checkout page, service agreement, or event agreement controls that purchase.

Unless a different written policy is expressly provided or applicable law requires otherwise:

  1. Digital products are nonrefundable once access or delivery has been provided.

  2. Custom services are nonrefundable once work has begun.

  3. Membership and subscription payments already processed are nonrefundable.

  4. Payment plan obligations remain due after access has been granted or work has begun.

  5. Travel expenses, reservations, insurance, transportation, and third party purchases are your responsibility.

  6. Retreat and event cancellations are governed by the specific agreement provided for that experience.

Contact team@jenahana.com with a billing concern. Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

11. Accounts and Security

Some products require an account. You are responsible for:

  1. Keeping your login credentials confidential

  2. Providing accurate account information

  3. Restricting access to your account and devices

  4. Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access

Your account and purchased access are personal to you. You may not share login credentials, provide account access to another person, or allow multiple people to use a purchase intended for one participant.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account has been shared, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content and materials are owned by or licensed to Ahana LLC.

This includes names, trademarks, logos, text, guidebooks, itineraries, methods, frameworks, videos, audio, interviews, photographs, graphics, downloads, course materials, assessments, community content, and the selection and arrangement of those materials.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own noncommercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  1. Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our materials

  2. Share purchased files, accounts, or login credentials

  3. Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content

  4. Record private sessions, calls, trainings, or community discussions

  5. Create derivative products from our methods or materials

  6. Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

  7. Scrape, mine, index, or systematically extract our content

  8. Use our content to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models

  9. Present our work as your own

No ownership rights are transferred through access or purchase.

13. Trademarks

Ahana LLC’s names, brand names, logos, program names, product names, and identifying marks may be protected by trademark and other laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use our trademarks, branding, likeness, or other proprietary assets without prior written consent.

14. Community Participation

If you participate in a private community, membership, event, retreat, or live session, you agree to communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.

You may not:

  1. Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against another participant

  2. Share another member’s personal information or private statements

  3. Record or distribute private conversations without consent

  4. Solicit members for unrelated products, services, or opportunities without permission

  5. Post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content

  6. Disrupt the experience or use the community for unauthorized commercial purposes

We may remove content or revoke participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the Company, or other participants. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal without a refund.

15. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

When you voluntarily post content within a community or submit material for inclusion in a program, you grant us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

We will not use a private message, personal story, image, or testimonial in public marketing without permission, except where the material was intentionally submitted for public use.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

16. Affiliate Links, Sponsorships, and Recommendations

Our websites and content may include affiliate links, referral links, sponsorships, gifted products, hosted travel, or other commercial relationships.

We may receive compensation, commission, products, services, or other value when you use certain links or make a purchase. When required, we will disclose material relationships in or near the relevant content.

Recommendations reflect our genuine opinions at the time they are made. Compensation does not guarantee favorable coverage.

Your transaction with a third party is between you and that provider. We are not responsible for the third party’s products, services, representations, fulfillment, policies, or conduct.

17. Third Party Websites and Services

Our websites may link to third party websites, applications, booking platforms, maps, payment providers, and other services.

Links are provided for convenience and do not imply that we control or guarantee the third party.

You are responsible for reviewing the third party’s current terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, safety information, and pricing before completing a transaction.

18. Retreats, Events, and In Person Experiences

Participation in a retreat, journey, event, or in person experience may require a separate agreement, liability waiver, health acknowledgment, insurance requirement, or cancellation policy.

You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, transportation, medical care, personal expenses, and compliance with entry requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a separate event agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the event agreement controls for that experience.

19. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to your account, purchase, program, payment, or service.

Marketing emails are sent according to your consent and may be unsubscribed from using the link provided in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or account communications.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that no online platform, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for exercising care when sharing personal information online or in a community.

21. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, content, products, or services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access. Maintenance, platform changes, security issues, internet failures, third party outages, or events outside our control may affect availability.

When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to purchased digital products or provide an appropriate alternative.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our websites, content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error free, completely secure, or suitable for every user.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahana LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our websites, content, products, recommendations, or services.

This includes loss arising from travel disruption, missed reservations, third party conduct, personal injury, lost data, lost profits, lost opportunities, or reliance on information provided through our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Ahana LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahana LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  1. Your material violation of these Terms

  2. Your unlawful use of our websites or services

  3. Content you submit

  4. Your infringement of another party’s rights

  5. Your conduct within a community, event, or experience

We reserve the right to control the defense of a claim subject to indemnification. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

25. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, contact us at team@jenahana.com with:

  1. Your name and contact information

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work

  3. The location of the material you believe is infringing

  4. A statement explaining your good faith belief

  5. A statement that the information provided is accurate

  6. Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove material while reviewing a legitimate claim.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  1. Violate these Terms

  2. Fail to make required payments

  3. Share restricted materials or account access

  4. Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct

  5. Threaten the security or operation of our services

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.

27. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay, interruption, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, wildfire, illness, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, transportation disruption, labor disputes, utility failure, internet outage, supplier failure, or platform disruption.

Specific retreat and event agreements may provide additional terms addressing these circumstances.

28. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Summit County, Utah.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small claims court or from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

29. International Users

Our business is operated from the United States. If you access our services from another country, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law permits or requires otherwise.

Your continued use of our websites or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

32. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

33. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, or transfer of the business.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any specific written terms presented for a product, service, membership, retreat, or event constitute the agreement between you and Ahana LLC concerning that offering.

They supersede prior discussions or communications relating to the same subject.
